SCANNING SERVICE ORDER

Use this form to order any of the following services:

Photo scanning: $8 per photo / $15 min. (photos up to 8 x10)

Image scanning: $15 per image (artwork, drawings, charts, logos, fabrics, flat objects)

Document scanning: $8 per page / $15 min. (digitize documents, archive on CD)

Document Scanning using OCR (Optical Character Recognition): $8 per page / $15 min.
(Converts paper documents into editable electronic documents).

If a document is scanned using OCR technology, the resulting file may not be 100%
accurate. Editing, proofing, spell checking and reformatting may be necessary to
produce a final electronic document that is like the original. In such a situation, if you
would like me to make the needed adjustments, add $5 per page. Of course, you can
make the changes yourself in Microsoft Word or another word processor.
