RETURNS & REFUNDS
All custom-designed, custom-produced or custom-printed items are non-returnable; however, if any item is defective, it will be exchanged, reproduced or reprinted at no charge to the customer. The term "defective" does not refer to aspects of a product or service that is delivered or rendered according to the approval of the customer. For example, once the customer proofs or previews a layout, design, sample, image or description of any product or service and subsequently approves the product for reproduction or the service for rendering — and the product or service is delivered or rendered in accordance with what the customer has ordered — the sale becomes final. No returns or refunds can be accepted on such customized products or services. Items that are unacceptable due to our oversight or due to a manufacturing or printing defect, will be replaced free of charge. However, we are not responsible for items that have been approved by the client for reproduction, even if an error in typesetting or design has been made by us. During the proofing process, the customer must carefully check all aspects of a project, design or publication — including but not limited to text, illustrations, photos, charts, graphs, maps, logos and other content or design elements and is responsible to notify us of any typos, errors, omissions or objectionable design aspects prior to reproduction. What the customer approves is what will be delivered.
